Join me for a colorful, joy-filled celebration

The Autumn Equinox is one of the most magical days of the year, giving us an opportunity to pause and reflect and ask what does a balanced life look like and feel like to you? This retreat gives you the space to do just that. Picture heart-centered, all-level yoga classes, breath work, great food, delicious wine, and a relaxed, all-are-welcome vibe.

About the retreat

The place

We’ll be meeting up at a beautiful private 24-acre nature retreat in Redding, Connecticut. Redding is in Fairfield County, known as the “Vermont within 60 miles of New York City.” We’ll move and gather outdoors where you’ll enjoy views of the pond, river, meadows, and wooded hillside.

The vibe & the practices

The day will give you a chance to get grounded, centered, and reset your nervous system for the season ahead. We’ll be doing slow flow yoga, guided meditations, journaling, setting intentions, gentle hiking, and yoga nidra. You’ll leave with a quiet mind, a joyful heart, and optimism for what’s next in your life.

The connection

While many of the day’s practices will be focused on going inward, we’ll also have plenty of time to come together in community. You’ll get to linger over a farm-to-table harvest lunch at the long table. Walk together on beautiful nature trails. Sip wine or a mocktail while arranging flowers together.

The clarity

As an added bonus, a coaching session with Miranda is included in your retreat fee. You’ll get her insights on an area you’d like to explore:

•Career or personal transition
•Creative projects
•Making progress on a goal
•Working on a pattern that keeps showing up
•Help getting unstuck
•Prioritizing wellness
•How to create a sustainable yoga practice
•Building presence, confidence, and ease
•Or whatever you need most

The Schedule

About Miranda

I’m a certified yoga teacher (RYT 500- Registered Yoga Teacher 500 Hours), and I currently teach at Kaia Yoga in Greenwich, CT. My classes are fun, playful, creative and designed to bring each of us to connect with our presence. I especially love to teach beginners as they’re just starting to fall in love with yoga.

My “day job” as an executive and leadership coach and a passion for bringing our whole selves to work both influence my yoga teaching. My goal is to help you manage stress and find more ease in class, and then be able to apply these tools when you step out into the real world.

“Miranda is everything a yoga instructor should be: empathic, humble, and gracious. I’m very grateful to have found her.”
